Single Palm Change (单换掌) is by far the most quintessential movement in Bagua Zhang. Full of hidden techniques and variations, each Bagua school has their own of interpreting based upon their individual lineage.

We’ve updated the website to list some of the curriculum for our students to refer to outside of class. So far, levels 1 & 2 are online (beginners’ techniques) including the shuai jiao (chinese wrestling) techniques associated with Cheng Ting Hua’s bagua style.
